Who we are

The interest list is run by Elfege Systems LLC, the company building Anamnesis. We decide how your address is used, which makes us its controller.

What we keep

• Your email address.
• When you agreed to hear from us, together with the wording you agreed to and the page where you signed up.
• When you confirmed your address from our email, and when you unsubscribed, if you do.
• The security codes behind the links in our emails, and how many confirmation emails we sent you recently, so we can cap them.

That’s the whole list. We don’t ask for your name or anything else.

Why we keep it

For one purpose: to send you news about Anamnesis, such as when accounts open, pricing and supported tools. We also send the one email needed to confirm your address. You can unsubscribe at any time.

We rely on your consent. Before your address joins the list, you tick the box on our sign-up page and then click the link in our confirmation email. Until you confirm, we send you no news.

Who sees it

We never sell or share your email address. Our hosting and email delivery provider (Amazon Web Services) handles it only on our behalf, to store it and deliver our emails. Your address is stored and processed in the United States (AWS region US East, Ohio).

The interest list is not meant for children under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their addresses.

Unsubscribing

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor it right away. Mail apps that offer an unsubscribe button use it too. After you unsubscribe, we keep your address only with a note that it opted out, so it never receives our emails again.

How long we keep it

We keep your address while you are on the list. After you unsubscribe, we keep only your address and the dates listed above, so we never email you again, until you ask us to delete it.

If nobody confirms an address, we delete it 30 days after our last email to it.

If you ask us to delete your address, we remove it and everything listed above.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• tell you what we hold about you and send you a copy;
• correct it;
• delete it;
• stop emailing you, which unsubscribing does at once.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the GDPR also lets you withdraw your consent at any time, object, and complain to your local data protection authority. If you are a California resident, we honor the rights to know, delete and correct, with equal service when you use them. We don’t sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

How to ask

Email privacy@anamnesis.chat from the address in question and tell us what you’d like. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address, and we answer within 30 days.

Forget about us, and we’ll forget about you: ask us to delete your address, and it’s gone.

Changes

If this notice changes, we’ll update the date at the top. If a change affects what you agreed to, we’ll ask for your consent again.
